THE ERA FOUNDATION REVIEW OF SKILLS
The ERA Foundation have sponsored an independent communications company to investigate the issues facing manufacturing and on how these may be overcome. As part of their researcher, Luther Pendragon, the PR firm, came to one of my talks in London and visited me in Canterbury. I showed them around the relevant parts of the school and we spent the afternoon discussing their previous research and some of my ideas. We spoke at length on the importance of role models, links between engineering and entrepreneurship and the need to connect interesting products with the people behind them,
